Baked Stuffed Lobster Tail
Ingredients
2 6-8oz Maine lobster tails, thawed
1 cup, crushed ritz crackers
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 small onion, diced and sautéed
2 tbsp chopped parsley
4 tbsp melted butter
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup white wine
Lemon wedges for serving
Defrost frozen Maine lobster tails by leaving in refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking, preheat oven to 200-degree
Sautee onions until soft
Trim lower shell on both
Remove center and loosen tail meat
Add seasoning, onions, parsley, and butter to crumbled crackers
Stir to combine
Place mixture on top
Gently stuff
Add wine to pan
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Squeeze lemon on top and enjoy!
